Meet Alex

Ms. Alex is the heart of Carriage House Nursery. She holds a B.A. from Boston College and a Masters of Education from Emerson College. As a mother of three young children, she brings both formal educational training and practical, daily experience to Carriage House Nursery.

She is deeply passionate about early childhood development and centers her approach around integrating nature, music, and reading to foster foundational growth. Her days are filled with garden walks, picture books on the porch, watercolor afternoons, and quiet moments of connection. She believes that childhood is sacred — a time to move slowly, follow curiosity, and learn through play.
